The article is focused on three main aspects which are important for third parties’ experience. The aspects are a price winning structure of the university hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) for the internal work in a network, the goal, which the UKE concept pursues by the CMS and the office of the navigators as central contact. The article closes with a practical example.
